After graduating from Mercer Law School and serving as an Assistant Public Defender, Jake founded his own firm in Gainesville, Georgia in 2021. Although his practice is located in Hall County, he has successfully represented clients across a multitude of counties. These include Augusta- Richmond, Banks, Barrow, Cherokee, Cobb, Dawson, Dekalb, Forsyth, Fulton, Gwinnett, Hall, Jackson, Jefferson, Lumpkin, Polk, Rabun, and White Counties.

Jake is a distinguished criminal defense attorney renowned for his extensive experience across a wide range of cases. His practice covers the spectrum from misdemeanors to serious felonies. Jacob has represented an impressive amount of clients, demonstrating his deep expertise and comprehensive knowledge in criminal law. Patty joined the team at Jacob Summer Law in 2023, bringing a rich and diverse background to our firm.
